Because I hate him! As you know, I’m still getting used to using WordPress. I’ve discovered this feature on WordPress called Akismet. It’s under SPAM and it proudly displays:Akismet has protected your site from 4 spam comments.
Like hell it has! Since yesterday, every comment that I’ve posted as a reply to someone has been caught and put in the spam filter. Then it proudly announces:
Caught Spam
Akismet has caught 4 spam for you since you first installed it.
You have no spam currently in the queue. Must be your lucky day. 
My lucky day? I can’t comment on my own blog! And who installed it? I didn’t install it! I’d like to beat it. Soundly. I never had any SPAM! They keep putting perfectly legitimate comments on hold. And then it says check the box if it’s not spam so it can learn. Learn? It hasn’t learned that I OWN THE BLOG? ARGGGG! I hate you Akismet!
