The good news is that I think they’ve found the source of my chest pain, shortness of breath and dizziness. The bad news is that it appears to be due to a pelvic mass leaning on one of the main abdominal veins. I am trying SO HARD not to freak the f*** out. I have a pelvicĀ ultrasound scheduled for tomorrow afternoon.
This was found by sheer luck. The doppler ultrasound I had today was ordered on my LEGS looking for a clot. But the ultrasound tech decided to check my abdomen when I started having chest pain when she made me tighten my stomach muscles. I really am trying so hard not to snap. I SO wish I had ativan or xanax or something to get me through until tomorrow……

wow, I’ve been away for week and all hell breaks out again. Helen, very sorry…but on the bright side, at least they found what appears to be wrong. Hang in there…quite proud of you, still taking care of the family and keeping your sense of humor through it all.

I’ll share a Xanax. I have plenty. Seems they don’t let me run out these days!
