Scout- I’ve seen babies so ugly I wouldn’t hold them. lol. Your oldest is going to spend YEARS in therapy. lol.

Now, let me say, there have been babies born in my family (God, please let no one from my family read this blog) that have made me want to rip my eyes out.

They’re cute now, but it’s so hard to pick up a newborn that looks like an alien with gooey eyes that are two different sizes and hair sticking up at end and say “oooooohhhh. So cute,” when my first reaction is to Kramer.

I should have won an oscar.

Now, my babies, they were the most beautiful beings to ever grace the world. Hehehe. That is, until my eldest got a blocked tear duct at age 2 months at the same time that the 007 movie “Golden Eye” came out.

We might have been one of those awful, irreverant parents that called their precious newborn “Golden Eye” and “Spotty.”

Hey, if you can’t laugh at your own chidren, who will?

Alas, it’s a sad fact that kids can’t be cute all the time or we would eat them…
