Big whoop. Try getting banned in Boston.

I must say, I’m a little jealous. I’ve always wanted to be banned. Mainly because it usually has the opposite result of what the “bann-ers” desire….it usually makes people pay MORE attention to the banned stuff.
Take, for instance, the Banned Book list (you can find a link to it on the American Library Assoc. website). Rather than serve as a warning/avoid-at-all-costs list, to me, it’s a Required Reading list. MWUAH-HA-HA!!!
Maybe we should make a Banned-Blog-List.
Hmmmmmmmmm……….

I left the People’s Republic this morning, and I’m in Hong Kong now. During my stay in China I somehow managed to escape detection as the husband of a dangerous revolutionary and kept out of jail. It may have helped that I took the time to stop for a patriotic photo op: http://www.flickr.com/photos/steixeira/2387010595/in/set-72157604385100365/
