Psssssttt! Come here! Where did all these people come from? I can’t tell from the blog stats. And they’re all LOOKING at me. It’s like……they’re WATCHING me. It’s creeping me out. I’ve gotten a whole day’s worth of traffic in 3 hours. Is there like, a toilet seat cover hanging out the back of my pants? Can you see through my shirt? WHY ARE THEY HERE? I hope this isn’t over cat testicles again! I’m just going to slllliiiiiidddddeeee over here…..DID YOU SEE THAT? THEY’RE FOLLOWING ME!
I’m just going to go over and sit in the dark closet for awhile and see if they’re still here when I come out in the morning.

Scout- I think it had something to do with cats but I can’t be certain.
Alfred- Hmmm. I had my best day ever (by more than 50%) since I started blogging on WordPress and I still don’t even know where the traffic came from.

Have you done any searches to see if someone linked to you recently? Or do you have any access to the referrer logs for your blog?

Alfred- I did flip through technorati and couldn’t find anything. I don’t host this blog (good heavens, I would have brought down the servers umpteen times!) so it’s very finicky about referrer logs. I can see some but sometimes I’ll get hundreds upon hundred of referrals from a source I can’t see. It’s aggravating.
Scout- lol!
